Packed with love. Buyers are responsible for checking the temperature in their area and for buying any heat pack or insulation their plant needs.

• Bright, indirect light
• Fertilize regularly
• Water when the soil is dry
• Good airflow

Live plants are non-returnable, but we pack like collectors. Every plant is wrapped, secured, and shipped in a sturdy box with insulation.

Shipping stress, such as minor browning on white edges or a droopy leaf, can happen, especially in extreme temperatures. It is usually cosmetic and recovers in 1 to 2 weeks with proper care.
