How do I get my tracking code?

Tracking codes are automatically emailed to you once we ship your item. Please check your spam folder or search your email by typing Potter Upper.
Packages are normally shipped within one (1) business day unless you purchased on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or holiday.


When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within one (1) to two (2) business days. We thank you for your patience. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

We ship using UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage


Can I expedite shipping?

Please provide us with relevant information, such as your address and the items you want to purchase. In general, expedited shipping normally doubles or triples the cost of USPS Ground Advantage.


What to do if there are problems with my order?

Please contact us for damaged items (applicable for garden supplies only) so we can assist you. Depending on the circumstances, a refund or a replacement may be offered. Nevertheless, we always try to work with our customers to resolve any issue. For tissue culture plantlets and plants, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges. Please purchase plants at your own risk. Shipping is stressful for plants.
