Shipping & policies

We grow our plants ourselves in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are not responsible for plant damage that may occur in transit or from weather. We are not liable for delayed, missing, or stolen packages. Shipping is stressful for plants, so browning and yellowing of leaves can be expected. We send pictures and videos of your plant before shipping.

Plants and pots will not ship together, so please purchase them separately. Buyers, please check the weather in your area before ordering and add a heat pack or insulation if your plant needs it.
