1. Live Plant Shipping Schedule

  • Shipping Days: We only ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Why? This strict window prevents your plants from being held in dark, unventilated carrier warehouses over the weekend, ensuring a faster, safer journey.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after Tuesday morning will automatically ship the following Monday.

2. Weather Protection & Thermal Insurance

Live plants are perishable and highly sensitive to extreme temperatures.

  • Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to monitor their local weather and purchase heat packs, cold/heat insulation, or expedited shipping upgrades available at checkout.

  • Damage Claims: We are not liable for transit damage caused by freezing temperatures or extreme heat if the appropriate climate protection was not added to the order by the buyer.

3. Shipping Stress & Buyer’s Risk

Transit is inherently stressful for live plants. By purchasing a live plant to be shipped, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

  • Natural Cosmetics: Minor cosmetic imperfections—such as light yellowing, dropped foliage, or a broken leaf or stem—are common occurrences during transit and are considered part of the normal risk of shipping live flora.

  • Acclimation: With proper care and acclimation, your plant will quickly bounce back and resume healthy growth.

  • Final Sale: All live plant sales travel at the buyer’s risk.

4. Carrier Disclaimers & Tracking

Once a package is handed over to the carrier (UPS/USPS), transit delays, lost packages, or rough handling are outside of our direct control. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed so you can monitor its arrival in real-time.
